I don't understand why it's so hard to serve hot food.. so it been a long time since I’ve been to krystals. This morning there was a young man working by himself taking orders running the cash register and making the food. I did not catch his name but he definitely deserves recognition for what he is doing by himself. The food was good this time. I hate he had to do it all by himself. View all feedback.

I arrived at 11:32 a.m., and it's now 11:44 a.m. Still 4 cars in front of me who have not ordered. The inside is locked and closed.
