Mcewen's - Memphis

What salima R likes about Mcewen's:
We took advantage of the valet parking and were seated immediately upon arrival. The restaurant was split into different sections. We were seated in the area to the right upon entering. What Rich W doesn't like about Mcewen's:
I had the Pan Seared Chilean Seabass and it over delivered. Served under a pan seared orange soy glaze, in a miso broth, on a shitake mushroom risotto with sauteed spinach, I didn't leave a single bite on the dish. I might have even used a couple fresh biscuits to soak up a little of the left over miso broth with all the other flavors still residing.
