Moo goo Gai pan literally means button mushrooms and chicken. The chicken is always sauteed never fried. So I'm not sure if they gave me something other than moo goo gai pan or were out of mushrooms.Well I know that mush rooms they were in my hot and sour soup, correctly so. The soup was spicy, nice. Not as sour as I like but better than most in the Midwest and south. The low mein was just beef and noodles and sauce.... View all feedback.
