A lovely experience every time we go. The last time we went, there was quite a delay with two items of a large overall order. When we chased, the head chef was super apologetic and got the food sorted really quickly. Then, he offered everyone on the table a free hot or cold drink what a great example of perfect service recovery. A cool friendly atmosphere but so overpriced! We wanted cheese toasties (which looked amazing) but they had 'run out '. So we went for a bacon sandwich then found out it was £8?! Roughly same for a friend egg sandwich. Nice but nothing special to warrant that price and didn 't come with anything. It 's a shame as it 's such a unique venue. View all feedback.
