Yes Kalmes is located in the median of Highway 20 giving traveler's from Galena and Dubuque the option to pull in for a burger and a beer. They have their regulars who come in to watch sports and chat with the employees but they are welcoming to folks passing through. I have enjoyed the Chipotle Burger and the Mushroom Burger.
