I pre ordered food online as I know the dining area can be busy at this time. I love Zuppa’s but today not so much. I sat in the drive thru window for a good 7 mins before anyone acknowledged I was there. I saw eyes peer my way since they had left the window open but nothing no “we will be right with you”.
