Manager, Josh, went above and beyond for a 9 year old little boy who was under my care for the day and was sad “because he didn’t get a birthday cake or presents for his birthday”. We made a quick, impromptu stop at DQ and put together a small party with a group of kids.I didn’t find out until later that day that he was also grieving the loss of a close family member.
