I am SUPER fussy about my salads, so much so that I tend to create my own. Restaurants generally don't wash/prepare the veggies appropriately, or include too much arugula or iceberg lettuce; or they're mostly lettuce. Not Mad Greens! I've tried at least 80% of their menu salads, and I love the option that I can add some of my favs for only .80 more! The ingredients are always high quality, fresh and CLEAN! My favorit...
