catastrophic, we can't eat as we don't have one. we sat outside on the terrace. no waiter came by for 30 minutes. the waiter seemed overwhelmed and made it seem like they missed the call completely. After we had asked if we had the card, the kitchen was already closed. when we came, the kitchen was certainly not closed. especially since the waiters already had visual contact with us.
