What Monserrat Wolff likes about Casa Juan:
Great Cuban food. My wife had pork with rice and plantains, cooked to perfection and flavorful The best lemonade ever I had the sampler, way too much food but absoluty delicious. We both had left overs for dinner. Having never eaten Cuban food, we were a bit nervous. It was fantastic. Our server Mariel was kind and quiet at first but warmed up as we talked about our food. My salad was supposed to be ready by 12:34 and I ended up waiting until past 1:00PM and when I got it it was missing the dressing. So I basically wasted my entire linch period to eat plain lettuce as if I were a bunny.... no refund was offered, no manager came out to address the issue, no accountability.
