My salad was supposed to be ready by 12:34 and I ended up waiting until past 1:00PM and when I got it it was missing the dressing. So I basically wasted my entire linch period to eat plain lettuce as if I were a bunny.... no refund was offered, no manager came out to address the issue, no accountability.
