My sister decided to dine at Panera Bread before we start our day. We ordered our food thru a computer and the transaction was very easy. Upon getting our food we sat ourselves in a table. It was kinda of dirty because someone didn’t cleaned up after themselves. We ordered the sausage, scramble eggs and cheese on a Asiago bagel, and a cappuccino. this is THE worst Panera I have possibly ever been to. I have been here maybe 5 times max and each time they take 20+ minutes to give me my order in the drive thru. 20 minutes for a Sausage egg sandwich and 2 coffees. On top of that, they forget the sausage in the sandwich. They have 6 employee’s in the back/kitchen just standing around chatting away while maybe 2 of them are actually working.
