They weighed my beef it was 1.82 in their scale. In mine its 1.13 I trust mine because I zeroed it before hand. Either their scale is crooked or.the staff is crooked. Stay away from this place. In response to the reply. I called prior to doing the post and I was not told that you trimmed about a pound of fat. Windixie sells Angus for a better price and they don't trim the fat.
