Order from a kiosk. Ordered two meal deals. And two shakes. Pick the meals up at the counter. The buns were hard and cold. Fries were hot!! As for the shakes I went up asking about them. Given a rude reply say yes they are coming. Finished our meals and ready to go but no shakes yet. Went back up...rudely told she had to get the food out first.
