Proportions we're great but I was pretty underwhelmed by the flavor. We got a cold and a hot lobster roll to try both. The amount of lobster was fantastic and it was cooked perfectly. The bread was super tasty, buttery, pillowy and really well textured. As far as the actual lobster salads though, we were pretty disappointed.
