unless the recipe for the samosas has been updated since the aeration of guy fieris “Diners, Drive-in and Dives” it would be prudent to let everyone know that the samosa wrapper is made with lard (pig fat). while I understand that not many can affect, come to eat Muslim think that they would get regular kitchen from the sub-continent in one for an rude surprise.
