Probably the best experience we have had in Midland so far! The food is amazing, but the owner is not to be matched. He takes such pride in his business and what he has built, the food that he puts out, and his customers. Everyone that walked through that door while we were there he knew and treated like family. Just ordered a 2 meat plate and the lady turned around and began warming the meat up on the griddle so I asked and then the owner chimes in to tell me that the meats fresh off the grill! Now I'm not a Grand pit master but fresh off the grill would imply that the meat should be piping hot to the point of maybe letting it cool down to eat but not the case they had to reheat it.
