We had abysmal service at Waxahachie. However, I dealt with Tyler today on the phone (online had a glitch), and he was friendly, helpful and all around great to deal with. Our pizza and breadsticks were yummy, made fresh, and were ready in 15 minutes. The girl brought out it out as soon as we got there, and she was fast and friendly. I'm sorry i didnt catch her name.
