Me considero un buen conocedor de la cocina española, y sin lugar a dudas en este sitio se han olvidado de lo que es... Creo que el chef debería ir a españa un par de meses a recordar lo que es la cocina española... Es impresionante de que manera bajan el listón de este tipo de comida.
