How this doesn't hold 2* Michelin I don't know surely only a matter of time. The food was exemplary; from snacks to petit four, superb. Special mention to our English speaking host sadly we didn't get her name (we had a few bubbles! but her knowledge and enthusiasm for food in general was profound, and depth of knowledge for the product served was perfect.
