Cracking little pub. They don't serve food but allow you to take your own in, so our party had a combination of sandwiches, fish and chips and pies and pastries. Family and dog friendly, great staff and great beer. What's not to like? If you are in the area pop in! Kid-friendliness: We had 7 kids from 9-13, all made welcome! Lovely little vibrant bar .Visited here today but felt a little miffed when the younger of the 2 ladies went round the bar distributing food from across the road but just skipped our table.Accept it may be just a place for locals and outsiders not appreciated.Disappointing as we have been here many times while visiting the area .
