Sunday lunch here yesterday which was so delicious and beautifully served. This pub serves extra Yorkshire Puddings and roast potatoes so the lunch was very well received. We had the roast beef and it was absolutely delicious. Beautiful garden out the back to enjoy and a lovely drive to this special pub which serves great food is the perfect way to spend a Sunday. It is a great location. The staff are lovely and friendly. The ambience is exceptional. But the food ... please! The presentation is sloppy, the quality of the food is not great Mac and cheese is like cheese flavoured macaroni, the chicken wings were piled on a plate with a sticky brown chilli sauce it was a mess.
