I just ordered a gym shoes sandwich. gyro meat was very old. it was hard and dark brown. I was very disappointed. Valentine's Day I ordered cured bark sandwiches and again meat was very dry and clearly not fresh at all. I am wrong to expect on a hot sandwich fresh meat.
