Our company took over the whole restaurant ahead of time so they were prepared for us. I do believe it's harder to serve everybody all at once. That being said I was underwhelmed. Steak skewer in the crabcake appetizer were both cold. My filet mignon came literally by itself on a plate with no sauce. Like much flavor. The mac cheese and mushrooms were OK.
