The remodel looks fantastic, and the taro milk tea with boba is just as good as it was when I first had it. The service was fantastic, the place was clean and the employees and owners were super nice. I absolutely recommend Boba Zone II and am so happy they are open again! View all feedback.

Love the boba here, love the remodel, a tad bit disappointed to see that the customer service atmosphere still hasn’t changed. I used to come in and they would just stare me down, no greet, kinda like I was a bothersome. Today I came in when it was busy, May they probably have been stressed due to it being so busy, but I saw the whispers and side eyes when it was my turn at the register. View all feedback.
