What Chase Schneibel doesn't like about Kfc:
They won't take a phone order so you know if the chicken will be ready when you get there. Even though there is 3 employees standing there doing nothing. I order online and it says ready at 426. I get there at 445 and am told a 13 minute wait. That's why I called!! To see if they had chicken ready. Incompetent at its finest. View all feedback.
