Honestly, the food was not excellent. However, it was mainly due to the restaurant being extremely busy and understaffed that day. The bartender was working hard and trying his best to keep up, so it wasn't his fault that the food was slightly cold. Despite this, the restaurant is still great and the staff are always friendly. What User doesn't like about Vardon Grille:
The course at this restaurant is fantastic and beautiful. However, they do not do anything about slow play. A group of 6 players took a long time to finish holes 11 to 18. Considering the price, it is expected that a marshal or someone would be there to help speed up slow groups and allow others to play through. It was very frustrating.
