What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Usually pretty good when I order from the counter. But mobile pickup needs polish. Usually when an order says Prepare Now' it's expected you'd start it after the next in person customer, no? Not to leave the slip on the counter until the customer arrives almost 10 minutes later...to wait a further 10 minutes for the order to be made...bit disappointing. Especially with items missing.
