We came here for lunch, hungry after our mini-cruise on the Duero. It was packed with locals but they looked after us very well and with a great sense of humour. As a group we had a set lunch with an excellent cod soufflé as a starter, followed by a tender steak with lots of fresh vegetables and all washed down with carafes of vinho verde and local red wine.
