You can attribute it to portion shrinkage, but it's disheartening when not just part of the meal, but the entire meal continues to shrink (I used to bring home leftovers; now I can finish everything in one sitting). Coupled with inconsistent quality, I no longer see a reason to visit more often or remain loyal for the long term.
