My husband and I visited Char for our anniversary, it was incredible. The service was fantastic and the food was amazing. I can't leave out the experience, the restaurant is beautiful. The staff asked us if we were there for any special reason, we told them it was our anniversary. The staff signed an anniversary card for us. I highly recommend Char for a nice night out. Food is consistantly great, service not so much. If your guest orders a beer and you have to change the keg he should get a free beer. If it happens twice on the same visit you absolutely need to comp a beer and not just come back 20 minutes later with a beer. The only real Oyster Bar in town.
