Another great meal at Trattoria Toscana! This is a hidden gem in South St Louis County. The food is excellent and the service is excellent. We had Chicken Spedini and Linguine Tutto Mare. Salads, bread, and side vegetables were flavorful. They have a robust wine list as well as a full bar. The ambience is comfortable and our experience was quite pleasant. Good flavor, big disappointment…. I’ve dined at many Italian restaurants in Saint Louis and have yet to be both satisfied and dissatisfied upon leaving. The dirty martini is great, the salads are fresh and are dressed a wonderful vinaigrette. The tomato sauce is a savory and full of life. What really upset me is the 26 dollar Chicken Parmesan.
