So this is the only McDonalds out of cebu city. The menu is much different than in the states. They have fried chicken, Salisbury steak, and of course burgers. Prices are better than stateside also. We went a few times since our 3 year old likes the chicken nuggets. The toys in the happy meals are better than the states (if they are not out of them).
