Went in to get a couple sandwiches, the lady who took our orders mistook my sandwich order for a completely different sandwich, and once she realized her mistake she apologized profusely for it, it was okay though, everyone messes up sometimes, she also tried asking me if I wanted her to go back and make the right sandwich, I told her it was ok but she made sure multiple times before ringing up our final total to pay... The lady working, not sure if manager or not, was loud and rude. I ordered a steak and cheese. She proceeded to tell me when you order its a #1 Philly ...well I didn 't want the extra cheese or onions or peppers. So??? Then she was so short with me.
