the cakes are small works of art. we took six different after home and ate them through the day. Unfortunately the taste did not live the expectations of the looks. they were all different, but not very good. many heavy cream and sugar, not much fine in taste. the best of the loose was the simple looking flan. a French custard that was not too sweet. but even there was the diligent around him raw.
