I think eating is very good, but clearly the service seems a little out. from hostess to server they seem overwhelmed or not well managed. I also like the cook-crown idea. but a chef is facing me, has some engagement with the chef. at vanillamore I look at them the glasses, the fold-offs and the stamp-table mats. all the things that should be done before or after the opening. all in all, eating is really good.
