Very good food at a very reasonable price. First time there for me and my guest. Would definitely go back. Place was very busy on Saturday night but managed to get the last 2 top. Small line after we got there. Each of us had an appetizer and dinner. Most entrees were either $12.50 or $16.50. The egg roll sampler was $10 and very tasty with I believe 9 small egg rolls. This place has only slightly better ambiance than a fast food drive-thru even as McDonald’s (for example) has a more accurate price point for the same level of nourishment. For those who like to fool themselves into thinking they’re eating something special, Pho Capital is the place.
