My sister and I are first timers to Montreal and happened to be staying in Little Italy so we went searching for a well reviewed Italian restaurant. We are so glad we picked this one! Our server was humorous and kind- he saw us struggling with the menu (us being English speakers) and he translated it for us. He whipped us up a special drink at the bar. The heat was so low that two of us wore our winter coats throughout the meal. No excuse. Kitchen understaffed....the meal took almost two very painful hours of waiting and waiting and waiting. The wait staff have zero sense of kindness to customers. I get...better service from cafeteria staff. Stay away unless you nothing else to do with your time and like eating in the cold.
