So we asked for a tasting menu, at the blind, without any prior choice. the experience turned out to be interesting. I went yesterday for San Valentine’s Day. They had the worst fixed menu I’ve ever eaten in my whole life. The soup had a weird consistent and it was so disgusting, the worst was the foie gras sushi, I don’t know if the chef before...giving it to customers tried the menu.
