I was staying in the motel next door and read good reviews of Shabu Shabu, so I wanted to give it a try. For lunch I had bibimbap and it was quite good. The atmosphere was modern and nice, service was fast, the prices were reasonable. At the end of my meal I waited for my check but they didn't bring it. You pay the cashier at the desk. I came to the restaurant for supper on a weekend evening and the restaurant was clearly understaffed and poorly organized. We ordered 3 plates for 2 people and it took us nearly 45 mins to 1 hours before we got our food. Clearly unacceptable for 3 simple dishes. I would stay way from this restaurant.
