This company should be shut down. Multiple times I have brought an animal in and received only a fraction of the meat I should have. The last time this happened, I brought a hog that weighed 297 lbs on the hoof and got back 113 lbs of “meat” 25 lbs of which was lard. That left me with 88 lbs.
