Pretzels were so delicious! We got pretzel nuggets and a cinnamon twist pretzel that was the best cinnamon pretzel I’ve had. Just left and the customer service was horrible. Employees were grumpy and couldn't even greet you. Nothing was ready for individual purchase. Have to wait between 15-30 minutes for individual purchases. Why open at 8:30 a.m. if I can purchase an individual orders at 8:45 a.m.? View all feedback.
