Sur 6 plats 4 n'étaient pas conformes à la carte (ingrédients manquants) quand on pose la question à la serveuse la réponse est "je ne sais pas" et le cuisinier "oui je n'en avais plus". Bien sûr rien n'avait été dis à la commande... Aucun geste proposé en compensation, aucune excuse non plus... Et non on ne remplace pas un ingrédient par un autre sans demander son accord au client !
