Franco's had been recommended by a local friend for Mexican fare. We opted to go for Sunday breakfast. Our waiter was awesome, I asked him for suggestions and he was dead on my friend ordered the chiliquinas and I got the machacado, we each ordered a single pancake as well. It was ALL delicious!! Service has changed and it leaves much to be desired! Prices increased and portions decreased but most of all the new owners are awful. I asked our waiter Monday at lunch where the manager that used to be there all the time was and he said she had been fired for no reason and that all the employees missed her and that the new owners were difficult to deal with and work with and man can you tell!
