This restaurant deserves a 5-star rating instead of 3.5! It is hands down the best Chinese food I have ever tasted, and the first time I have truly enjoyed Chinese cuisine. I have tried Chinese food in various states throughout my life, and the Mongolian beef and rice noodles here are absolutely phenomenal. The first time I ordered, I asked for no broccoli but it was included. The second time, I requested no rice but they gave me rice anyway.
