First problem is you can not call and place an order by phone. They get to busy is what I was told. Zero customers were there.I was charged an extra 20% for picking up my order. It had a receipt not itemized, total only. Got home and unpacked the order which was tied shut only to realize we had no waffles and had to go back. 10% for the service of taking the order and 10% for the take out container.
