They've done a really good job recreating a New Orleans experience despite our distance from Louisiana. Everyone was very friendly and the bartender whipped up one helluva hurricane. I had the blackened chicken fajitas, smashed potatoes and cornbread for my entree. Everything tasted like it came from a Cajun Grandma's kitchen. Ok this was supposed to be authentic creole cuisine. I was highly disappointed. I had jambalaya which was a wet soggy/soupy mess. It tasted like celery pudding with meat.
