Went to Steakhouse 5 last night for dinner. Honestly, I feel like this place is a bit overrated. I will say my ribeye was cooked well but was not a good cut of meat. The fat was barely rendered so it ended up being very chewy and under-seasoned. It did have a nice crust though. Seems like they might use sous vide technique and rely heavily on their sauces.
