Stopped in there on Wednesday to get some breakfast. Food was awesome. The front counter lady was very friendly, great customer service attitude. The cook did an awesome job with my sandwiches. What Shasta Donegan doesn't like about The Bagel Factory:
Id give zero stars if it were an option..worst bagels ive ever had, too dense, cream cheese flavorless but someone knew and added salt the second time we ordered...tried them twice and they wont get a third chance. Extremely overpriced for this poor of a product. Literally go anywhere else. First visit we ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and all were very bland and dense. View all feedback.
