What User likes about Sam's By-the-sea:
It's really pretty good value for money when you think you get bread, soup and salad as well as your meal. The cocktails were great fun - it's hard to find places with garnished cocktails in Japan. The fish was amazing, but Steak was a bit dry. The decor is also fun. The proverb would feel uncomfortable eating alone. Had a bus to get there, which was not too difficult. View all feedback.

I had a high expectation of them but the steak I ordered came not juicy but dry. Alcohol drinks are expensive for the small sizes.I usually order a few drinks but only had one. View all feedback.
