Had a takeaway from Balti Nailsworth and having phoned through our order, still had to wait for nearly 30 mins after the pick-up time. Nobody seemed rushed, no offer of a drink etc. Food was very bland, no spice whatsoever even in the hotter dishes and the pilau rice was a soggy overcooked lump.
